Sangiovese
The grapes are harvested at the end of August, we hand-select only the high-quality grapes that have not yet reached the optimal point of ripeness for red wines. After soft pressing, the cryomaceration process takes place. In spring, bottling takes place and the wine is ready to be marketed.
