Tasting notes
Broad and expressive, with intense varietal scents of citrus fruits, passion fruit, broom, boxwood and currants. With a good structure and pleasant acidic freshness, it goes well with risottos and pastas with delicate sauces, fish dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses.
