Villa Antinori Pinot Bianco comes from the best vineyards of Tenuta Monteloro, on the hills of Fiesole, behind Florence. An area rich in history and with a high vocation for white wines, where this historic label finds new expression.
Villa Antinori is an important milestone: this name has, in fact, almost one hundred years of history. At the same time it represents a continuous evolution. A single fixed point: the search for increasingly higher quality margins. This idea gave birth to two different wines, united by a passion for quality: Villa Antinori Rosso and Villa Antinori Bianco.
In 1928 Marquis Niccolò Antinori created Villa Antinori as a Chianti Classico produced to be aged and improve over time. Since then, Villa Antinori has been found in the most prestigious cellars of embassies, royal houses, large hotels and restaurants. In 1931 Villa Antinori Bianco was born from traditional Trebbiano grapes. In the 1980s a small percentage of Chardonnay was added to give the wine further structure.
