The high altitude, the different and particularly suitable soils, the fortunate exposure form an ideal whole that shines with its own light in the luminous scenery of the Chianti Classico: among vineyards that climb the sides of the hills, historic buildings and testimonies of art. A dazzling jewel that requires daily dedication and constant care, and rewards those who love it with extraordinary wines. Authentic wines with a seductive personality that demand devotion and thought, in the continuous challenge of equaling the value of Castello di Albola and doing justice to its wonder.
Vinification and Aging: The grapes, vinified with great care, are subjected to delicate pressing. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of 18° C to safeguard the best organoleptic characteristics of the wine. The alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation and 6 months of refinement, 85% in steel and 15% in barrique.
Bright straw yellow in colour. On the nose, a good aroma, good intensity with notes of apple and citrus and a perfect balance between flavor and fruitiness. The flavor is pleasantly dry and harmonious, with a good acid structure that defines the clean aftertaste. Long and persistent finish.
