WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and in 225 liter barriques. Aging for 9 months in steel containers and 225 liter barriques, 5 months in the bottle.
CHARACTER
Nicoleo appears straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose opens fruity with notes of green apple, peach, finishing with hints of almond and delicate white flowers. Excellent freshness and pleasant minerality on the palate.
