Bell’Aja Bianco is a wine that perfectly represents the Mediterranean nature of the territory. A harmony of freshness between floral, fruity and mineral notes that allow the body of the wine to enhance the typicality of the terroir from which it is produced Vintage Characteristics In autumn, the climate oscillated between short rains and above-average temperatures. The intense cold lasted from the end of December to mid-February, but the winter was mild overall. Spring saw frequent rains that compromised some inflorescences, reducing production, but the fruit set was good. Summer had high temperatures, requiring interventions to protect the vines from the heat and ensure optimal phenolic maturation. Production was slightly lower than average, but well distributed. Tasting Notes and Pairings The distinctive features of this wine recall notes of white fruit, jasmine flowers and thyme.
