Vineyards:
The vineyards are located in medium-textured and marl soils, of Eocene origin between 240 and 360 meters above sea level. and they produce this young, ready and fragrant wine.
Grape variety:
100% Sangiovese.
Vinification, fermentation and refinement:
In stainless steel containers and vitrified concrete tanks at a controlled temperature using cooling jackets and immersion plates.
Aging:
In oak barrels.
Color:
Ruby red.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Widely emphasized by aromas of fresh red berry fruit, it is completed with light floral and spicy notes. Warm, quite soft, structured and balanced with pleasantly pronounced tannins.
Service:
Serve at 18°C in a "tulip" shaped crystal glass. The bottles should be stored in the dark, laid out in a cool place and without sudden changes in temperature.
Food pairing:
Suitable to accompany Tuscan soups, first courses with sauces based on red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Technical notes:
The bottles are protected thanks to an anti-counterfeiting hologram on the capsule.
