Vinification: Manual harvesting, destemming and crushing of the grapes, pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days, fermentation on the skins for 10 days, malolactic fermentation carried out in steel, aging in cement for 5 months. Color: Intense ruby of enormous clarity. Smell: The simplicity of the violet flowers and crunchy plum can at first glance hide the complex nature of the wine. In essence it is a nose that does not preclude the desire to drink but reveals its particular characteristics over time in the glass. Taste: The freshness of the fruits of late spring is the first impact of the wine which immediately afterwards relaxes into a pleasant persuasiveness in which the freshness plays with the roundness.
