Ageing 24 months in 225 l French oak barriques. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
Alcohol content 13.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics Garnet red in color, it offers enveloping scents of raisins, violets and jam to the nose. It is warm and velvety on the palate, intense and full.
Food pairing It pairs very well with desserts, especially dry pastries. Also suitable with dried fruit, chocolate and in combination with blue cheeses.
