From the conviction of Marchesi Antinori that, as well as for wine, Tuscany is an equally suited territory for the production of very high quality oil and that that potential had not yet been fully expressed, the EVO oil of Tenuta Bartolina was born, a new reality on the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, exclusively dedicated to the production of very high quality oil and with agronomic methods already started for organic production. Intended for the most refined palates, capable of appreciating the nuances of aromas and flavors of this "Supertuscan" EVO, produced in the 2022 harvest in limited quantities of 3,900 bottles.
