This Moscato d'Asti is born in the vineyards of the Prunotto estate of the Marchesi Antinori, located in the heart of the DOCG Moscato d'Asti.
It is produced exclusively with Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a short pressing, the free-run must obtained is separated from the lees for
natural sedimentation.
Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation begins until reaching 5 degrees and interrupted by refrigeration; then the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.
This Moscato d'Asti is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with characteristic notes of acacia honey and hawthorn. On the palate it is dense, full and
elegant, with a pleasantly fresh and harmonious finish.
Perfect to accompany desserts based on fresh fruit and infused fruit, such as strawberries, peaches and berries, it is ideal in combination with dry pastries, in particular
with panettone.
