The OF Collection was born from the desire to create a range of singular, refined and innovative spirits.
Its origin is to be found in the Grappa OF Amarone Barrique of which it constitutes the first piece born - 1999 - and the top of the range in the two Centennial and Vintage variants.

Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is the result of the distillation of pomace from the pressing of dried grapes from which the highly prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine is obtained. The skill of the Bonollo master distillers allows to sculpt the particular organoleptic profile of this grappa which is characterized by an exceptional richness and aromatic vivacity, as well as a softness and balance capable of surprising and thrilling even the most demanding connoisseurs.

The complete maturity of Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is achieved through careful aging in small French oak barrels in which a gradual and harmonious evolution of its inimitable and unmistakable character takes place.
