At sight, Langhe Nebbiolo has an intense garnet red color. Among the aromas, fruity, spicy and hints stand out light leather notes. On the palate it is soft and enveloping with sweet, fine and persistent tannins. The vinification of Langhe Nebbiolo takes place in tanks stainless steel at controlled temperature for approximately 18-20 days. The aging is traditional, in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hl for 9 months.
