Soil: Loamy-clayey, calcareous
Vintage: Full body, red fruit and spicy notes of white pepper and anise.
Vinification: Fermentation in cement at 28 °, 20 days on the skins, pumping over twice a day, completed malolactic
Aging: 5 months in large oak barrels
Total production: about 90,000 bottles
