VINTAGE 2017 The 2017 vintage was characterized by extreme climatic events, in particular by a spring frost and prolonged drought for throughout the growing season that put our vineyards to the test. The plants have undergone some vegetative blockages they have made it difficult to develop the pulp, skins and pips which were more concentrated. Through short draws and delicate we managed to privilege the elegance and drinkability that distinguish our wines. ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES The wine is presented with grace and elegance. Full and ethereal nose of ripe fruit and cherries in alcohol accompanied by typical nuances of the Mediterranean scrub such as lavender, thyme and wild mint. In the mouth it has a very wide entrance and sweet. The silky tannin spreads a dense texture accompanied by a warm and lively body where notes of fresh coconut persist and sweet spices like cinnamon.
