90% Sangiovese, 10% between Canaiolo nero and Colorino

Tasting notes:
It has an amber yellow color, due to aging in barriques and a complete aromatic profile, spicy and low in alcohol.
In the mouth it is a grappa with character and enveloping.
Pairings:
it is excellent to taste together with a bar of good dark chocolate and can accompany the tasting of mature cheeses very well.
