CLASSIC CHIANTI GRAPPA
“THE CAMPITELLO”
The fermented pomace still dripping is sent to the distillery on the same day as racking. This grappa is produced with selected pomace of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, the classic grapes of historic Chianti. With an intense aroma and soft on the palate, this grappa is produced in limited quantities due to the extreme care that is taken in the selection of the best pomace and in the distillation process of the same.
