At the alcoholic base obtained from wheat and flavored with juniper are added the botanicals distilled separately. Any botany is treated and distilled in specific way to maintain the aromatic qualities of every single plant. The mass rests for about 20 days in stainless steel tank for then be bottled.

Botanicals
6 botanicals made up of spontaneous plants which give the gin its aromas and flavors more authentic of the territory:
Juniper: distillate obtained from the infusion of juniper berries in alcohol, berries present in the still, bruised not flourish. Time infusion: 3 days.
Elderflower: after making the infusion, the pressing and separation of the part takes place solid which is distilled.
Zedoaria: processed dry, infused for 20 days, pressed and finally distilled the infusion.
Chamomile: processed dry, infused for 20 days, pressed and finally distilled the infusion.
Rosemary: dry processed, infused for 20 days, pressed and finally distilled the infusion.
Bergamot: only natural essential oil obtained from Calabrian bergamots is used whose skins are infused with alcohol.
