Characteristics Vintage During the 2022 season, no extreme weather events occurred, offering favorable conditions for the development of the vine. The high summer temperatures were mitigated by the rains of mid-August which contributed to an optimal ripening process of the grapes. The Sangiovese harvest began slightly early, around September 10, and ended regularly after about a month. Tasting Notes and Pairings Versatile and immediate, it retains freshness, fruity aromas and floral notes. Rich and complex, with sweet tannins that accompany a persistent and balanced finish. Prevalence of clays of calcareous marl origin, coming from the disintegration of Alberese and Galestro.
