Time has done its job. Cristal Brut is a giant with a patient soul. After long years of resting in the cellar, it still overflows with youth. The plaster has concentrated the material, giving it a special liveliness, a surprising thickness. Absolute tension, fullness, supreme persistence are the characteristics that take it beyond its limits. It affirms its presence, which flows like spring water, supported by the power and concentration of the vintage.



A LAND
The Cristal cuvée has forged its identity from the chalky depths of these limestone lands that reflect the sun's rays in summer and capture its delicate light in winter. The Cristal Brut possesses a measured strength, a penetrating purity, like an agile dancer who draws marvelously light pirouettes in the air. A sparkling fruit that echoes, an initial vibration that pierces and invites meditation. It is a chalky concentrate, an ethereal sensation of delicate tension.



MILLESIMATO
2008 was a continental year, hot and intense, with a torrid, contradictory climate, with an agile alternation of heat and coolness. Cristal 2008 is the embodiment of this concentration, this intensity, the vivacity and complexity of the vintage.
