Eruzione is a Sicilian white wine made from Carricante grapes located on the slopes of Etna at 870 meters above sea level. The aromatic profile, floral and delicately fruity, is characterized by an intense minerality due to the soils rich in lava sand and by a fresh and persistent sip.

Grape variety: Carricante 90%, Riesling 10%

Aging: A few months on the fine lees in steel

Aromas: white flowers and ripe fruits, citrus tones, aromatic herbs, and mineral nuances.

Gastronomic pairings: Shellfish, fish main courses.

Alcohol content: 13%
