TASTING NOTES
Dark and dense ruby red in colour, of considerable consistency. On the nose, magnificent entry of small ripe red berry fruit, tobacco and chocolate, followed by sweet spices of vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth, it releases an impetuous structure, supported by a moderate balance between the soft profile and the tannic component. Long and persistent.

PAIRINGS
It goes wonderfully with feathered game dishes, cured meats and aged cheeses.
