VINTAGE:
The 2018 vintage begins with temperatures

HARVEST:

VINIFICATION:
Cold pre-fermentation maceration

fermentation in steel tanks
and natural cement at temperature
controlled below 26 degrees for a
total of 3 weeks. Fermentation
malolactic in cement.
REFINEMENT:
About 30 months in oak barrels
Slavonia and French of different abilities
(10/15/30/50 hl). Bottling in
April and May following the phases of the moon
more auspicious. Long aging in
bottle.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT:
14% vol.
TASTING NOTES:
Fresh, complex and fruity nose with
balsamic and fleshy final notes. In
the mouth is very vertical with tannins
important but silky and well blended
and a marked flavor that makes it
very gastronomic.
