Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2018 Vineyards: approximately 8 hectares, located in medium soils impasto and galestro, of Eocene origin between 240 and 360 meters above sea level where the best grapes are selected for this Brunello di Montalcino vintage. Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese Vinification, fermentation and refinement: In stainless steel containers and concrete tanks vitrified at a controlled temperature through jackets cooling and immersion plates. Aging: In Slavonian oak barrels for 20 years 75 hl over 2 years, followed by refinement in bottle older than 8 months. Color: Ruby red tending towards garnet. Organoleptic Characteristics: Fruit notes a red berries are surrounded by a light spiciness; to the taste is warm, quite soft and very balanced.
