CHARACTERISTIC
This Barbaresco docg Pajorè comes from the Nebbiolo vineyards located in the municipality of Treiso. The total area of ??the vineyard is 41 hectares for an altitude ranging from 190 to 350 meters; the soil is composed of calcareous marl and clay. It enjoys a consolidated reputation thanks to the cult wines of Giovanni Moresco (today almost impossible to find) who first vinified it in purity in 1967 * After aging for 24 months in large 45 hl barrels, oak is presented to the consumer with following characteristics: Color, garnet red; ethereal, intense on the nose, with hints of spices, licorice, and floral sensations. Persistent, on the palate, with persistent, austere tannins. It goes well with aged cheeses, game and roasts.
