he Asili descends into the goblet with a ruby red colour turning towards garnet, typical of Nebbiolo. An immense liquid, there's nothing to say, and you can perceive it from the first olfaction that draws a portrait of the Langa revisited in a feminine key. There is therefore licorice and raspberry, but the scene is dominated by floral fluttering, almost lysergic, that bring back to bunches of dog roses and violets. The sip does not betray expectations, it is tight but sunny at the same time, as the great Barbaresco, and reveals a very fine grain tannin perfectly set. Very long persistence. Unforgettable taste, it is a wine to try at least once in a lifetime, and if you can even more.
