This noble Pinot Noir grows in medium-high and high altitude vineyards between 450 – 600 m above sea level. Here the descending air currents cool the temperature even in the height of summer. It has been cultivated in our areas since the mid-19th century, especially the older vineyards giving a structured and elegant Pinot Noir."
