This wine shines in its youth, ready to drink and enjoy now. Production Notes A combination of our Dundee Iron Filbert estate and our Yamhill-Carlton Quartz Acorn estate. Clones 76 and 95. Our chardonnay is slowly hand-selected and whole-bunch pressed. No settling time before cask release. 100% barrel fermented in neutral vats with indigenous yeasts. Full (secondary) malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 11 months in 100% neutral French oak.
