Vin Santo, or Vinsanto, is one of the Tuscan enological excellences.
From various plots of land in the Castagnoli area, the very small production of this historic dessert wine is carried out rigorously with traditional methods, in order to keep the custom alive for future generations. The very high production costs of Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC are not compensated in the least by the value of sales, but this wine is exclusively dedicated to our ancestors who have handed down this splendid custom to us.
