Vermentino di Maremma is a grape variety strongly linked to the territory. The last white born in Fertuna, it is characterized by its warm and complex aromatic expression, as well as by its marked acidity and good structure. Fresh and lively wine, it best expresses the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING A soft pressing of the grapes is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), for a period of 20 days. No passage in wood. Brief refinement in the bottle.
COLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
TASTING NOTES Dry white wine Fruity on the nose with hints of pear, grapefruit and spices, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Full on the palate, enlivened by a marked acidity, which gives freshness and persistence in the finish. Mineral, dry, it ends elegantly.
PAIRINGS It pairs very well with fresh fish dishes, shellfish and vegetable-based first courses.
