ermentino di Maremma is a vine that is strongly linked to the territory. The last white born in Fertuna, it is characterised by its warm and complex aromatic expression, as well as its strong acidity and good structure. Fresh and lively wine, it best expresses the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

WINE-MAKING AND AGEING
A soft crushing of the grapes followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (14-16°C), for a period of 20 days. No passage in wood. Short ageing in the bottle.
COLOUR
Straw yellow with greenish hues.
TASTING NOTES
Dry white wine, on the nose fruity with hints of pear, grapefruit and spices, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Full on the palate, enlivened by a strong acidity, which gives freshness and persistence in the finale. Mineral, dry, elegant finish.
PAIRINGS
Goes very well with fresh fish dishes, shellfish and vegetable-based pasta dishes.
