Aging: from one year to a year and a half in 50 and 75 hl Slavonian oak barrels; at least one year in bottle before the start of sale.
Villa Bucci is a white with "red" characteristics and like reds it must be treated, above all for the serving temperature which must not be frozen but just chilled especially in older vintages, possibly with the bottle opened at least half an hour before . In fact, wine, aged for a long time in barrel and bottle, changes the structure of the aromas which from primary (grapes and flowers) become secondary and tertiary: spices, aromatic herbs, medicinal, minerals, etc. As with great red wines, VILLA BUCCI needs to breathe, and the cold closes them.
