The Valpolicella Classico DOC produced by the Le Salette winery is an elegant red throughout the meal. The company has represented a guarantee of the territory for years, it is located in one of the most suitable areas for viticulture, in Fumane, in the heart of Valpolicella and the philosophy adopted is that of sustainability and respect for the environment, in order to preserve the quality of the territory and its fruits, with the aim of following only natural rhythms. The grapes come from the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Sangiovese and Molinara vines, grown on truly suitable soil. The excellence of the vines is also due to the typical continental climate of the area, very windy and sunny. After the manual selection of the best bunches, during the first week of October, the must ferments for 8 months in steel tanks then proceeds to refinement in the bottle for 5 months. Valpolicella Classico Doc is a balanced wine, perfect for ready drinking, but which can improve in the cellar if well stored for 1 or 2 years.
