To those who asked Virgilio, founder of the company together with his wife Rita, which of the wines of the production he preferred, he answered without hesitation: "Syrah, forever".
One of the flagship wines in a very limited edition of the Tua Rita company exists only due to the stubbornness of Virgil and his desire to experiment.
Alongside the traditional vineyards he wanted Syrah: he personally looked after the vineyard, observed it, tried to understand its ability to integrate with the territory and waited until he decided that the fruits were ready for autonomous vinification.
After 18 months in barriques the organoleptic evolution was wonderful and Virgil's certainties were immediately confirmed by the press and the market.
The label is dedicated to the man who founded the company and who has transmitted to all those who work there love and respect for the territory, combined with the continuous and meticulous search for quality... FOREVER!
