After a winter season with a classic rainfall that allowed
to maintain the water reserves accumulated in the previous season, the
budding occurred at the beginning of April.
The plants subsequently developed regularly, thanks to
a dry and sunny season, which has maintained a good state of
health of the vines throughout the growing season.
The intense summer heat was tempered at the beginning of August by two beautiful ones
rains, creating suitable conditions in the vineyards for maturation
regular, intense and stress-free. The wine presents itself with an expressive nose
and spicy, with notes of vanilla and gingerbread.
In a second moment, subtle notes of cinnamon and nails are perceived
of carnation. Complex nose with a base of ripe fruit that expresses
intense aromas of cherry and plum. On the palate it is sincere and structured,
the tannins are present but elegant, well blended and not aggressive, which give
a wide and dense frame. The sensation is pleasant with a finish
sustained, dominated by a beautiful freshness.
