TASTING NOTE
Dark, ruby-red in the glass, with a nose full of deep, dark berries, eucalyptus and a light touch of white pepper that slowly evolves and develops complexity in the glass. At first smooth and velvety on the palate, this evolution reveals an elegant substrate of potpourri and the wine shows its vibrance with a dynamic alternance of acidity and tannin, culminating in a savoury and powerful finish.

REFINEMENT
Vinification in conical wooden fermenters, temperature controlled. Aging for 24 months in light/medium toast tonneaux.
