Soil type: Medium texture, calcareous clay, rich in texture, very deep and fresh.
Altitude: 200 meters above sea level.
Grapes: 100% Syrah.
Exposure: West, north-west.
Vineyard age: 6 years.
Training system: Espalier with spurred cordon pruning.
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Grape yield: 70 quintals/ha.
Harvest: Manually in the first week of September.
Vinification: In open barriques for 25 days.
Aging: In French oak barriques.
Bottling: June 2014.
Number of bottles produced: 3000.
