Obtained from 100% Verdicchio grapes from the most located vineyard high and facing north-east, with excellent ventilation which, sheltering the bunches from humidity, it allows a longer permanence of the fruits on the plants.
The happy position allows the grapes to be attacked by Botrytis Cinerea and slowly wait on the plant for the right moment of withering.
Harvested in December, the bunches are gently pressed and the flower must, thus obtained, placed to ferment in French oak barriques for 12 months. The delicate amber color already visually conveys the freshness of the scents and the fullness of the scents accentuated by the Noble Mold that underlines in naturally the notes of dehydrated apricot, dried fruit and date.
An aroma that goes well with Tuscan liver paté, cheeses seasoned and desserts, rich or dry pastries.
