18-year-old vineyard in Val d’Orcia, fertilized with sheep manure and treated with copper, sulfur, clay, propolis, grapefruit seed extract. Altitude 630 meters above sea level, planting density 10,000 plants per hectare, with a yield of 30 quintals. Harvest with manual selection on 14th, 18th and 26th September. Fermentation for about 10 days in steel, aging in concrete. Bottled on a waning moon in February 2021. 2446 bottles produced.
