Orhora is a wine based on Verdicchio, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. The peculiarity of this white wine is the position of the vineyards, located on top of a hill at 430 meters above sea level with a North-East exposure. The position of this vineyard means that it is the first to see the new day and to be slowly pampered by the sun's rays. The manual harvest is done early in the morning, after which the grapes are immediately taken to the cellar and processed. The must of the individual varieties is fermented separately, the Verdicchio ferments partially in barrique and partially in steel, while the Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are only passed in barrique. All the barriques are second passage, the refinement in wood and steel lasted 5 months. The wine thus made is round, complex and fresh at the same time, supported by good acidity and structure. The refinement period in the bottle is at least 2 months.
