WHITE, FRESH AND TEXTURED CENTINE
Centine Bianco is added to the already vast panorama of Castello Banfi wine production, a fresh and young wine but with a good structure and notable aromatic complexity thanks to its blend which includes the mineral character of Vermentino, with its particular varietal notes, with the elegant and refined one of Chardonnay. The result is a structured but easy to appreciate wine, ideal for accompanying the daily table. After gentle pressing, the grapes are vinified partly in steel and partly in thermo-controlled barriques.

Shiny straw yellow colour. The nose is characterized by fruity sensations: apple, pear and apricot blend with aromas of sage, wild herbs and tomato leaf. The sip is decisive in flavor and has good freshness.

Try it on risotto with wild fennel or on sea bass.
