Vinification and refinement The Casamatta Rosso grapes are harvested starting from the second week of September. Following a careful selection of the bunches and a soft crushing-destemming, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine ages for 6 months in steel.

Technical characteristics of the wine Casamatta Rosso by Bibi Graetz is a very intense ruby red. The nose is fruity, with notes of cherry and some floral notes. In the mouth it proves to be a wine with well-smooth tannins and lively acidity, with an interesting finish that features small berries and light spicy sensations.
