Tuscany Igt
Pinot Grigio
A wine characterized by the typical fragrance of the Pinot Grigio grape and by a
totally Montalcino character.
The seasonal trend of the 2018 vintage was characterized by a winter
particularly rigid, which delayed the start of the growing season, e
from an initially cool and subsequently increasingly hot summer and
rich and rainy condition which allowed to have an excellent quality
of white grapes.
Pale straw yellow colour. The hints of lime, pear, peach and citrus yes
meet giving life to an intense, floral and fruity scent. In the mouth
it is pleasantly fresh, thanks to a non-aggressive acidity.
It goes well with light dishes based on fish or white meat, such as eg
swordfish rolls or chicken strips with lemon.
