NOTES BY GIOVANNI NERI Vermentino and Grechetto with our unique and recognizable style for a wine that was born as an experiment and well represents the potential of the vineyards, the passion and work of Casanova di Neri.
An unusual combination of great pleasantness and typicality that the name underlines: in fact IbBianco is the Tuscan version of the Italian "il bianco". The 2015 vintage presented a cool spring followed by a normally hot summer which led to the harvest in early September of very well balanced grapes. Straw yellow with golden reflections, freshness, sapidity and strong aromas of green apple and peach are the hallmarks of this velvety and elegant cut with juicy acidity, harmonious structure and vibrant persistence.
Serve at a temperature of 8°-10° to enhance its crunchy vitality.
