Serena Tuscany IGT Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Blanc with a Montalcino soul: the typical yield of the grape unique from the microclimate of the territory. The seasonal course of the 2018 vintage was characterized by a winter particularly rigid, which delayed the start of the growing season, e from a summer that was initially cool and subsequently increasingly hot e full of rains, a condition that made it possible to have excellent quality of white grapes. Straw yellow wine, with an intense and varietal aroma with hints of citrus, especially grapefruit, but also with a slight note vegetable nettle and tomato leaf. In the mouth the aromas are a lot persistent and supported by good acidity and flavor. Wine with good longevity that goes well with dishes a based on vegetables, such as soups or ratatouille but also in dishes with more flavors intense, such as spaghetti with broccoli and pecorino sauce. Fermentation: at controlled temperature (13-15 °) in vats in steel. Aging: part in steel vats with rest on the lees and partly in French oak barriques (350 l.) with batonnage for about 5 months Alcohol: 12.5% Service temperature
