Sparkling wine obtained from Sangiovese grapes with the addition of a small quantity of Chardonnay, certified organic and entirely produced in our company, following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes selected in our vineyards are hand-picked with early harvesting in order to maintain good acidity and freshness.
The vinification involves a soft pressing of the whole bunch, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent refermentation in the bottle with permanence on the yeasts for at least 24 months.
Extra Brut sparkling wine of great quality, with a fine and persistent perlage. In the glass it shows a pearl pink hue and on the nose floral sensations that blend with those of white and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it is elegant and extremely clean, its freshness leaves room in the finish for a sensation of toasted hazelnut.
