100% Fiano
A great white wine capable of competing with the great whites of the world: this was the initial project. For this reason, experimentation began on Fiano in the 1990s, a noble and ancient variety of Campania origin. This is how Cometa was born, which best expresses, in an original and unique way, the characteristics of this extraordinary vine. Intense and fruity aromas, its great structure and minerality make it today one of the reference white wines of Southern Italy, produced according to sustainability and organic criteria.
