The carefully selected grapes subjected to a long maceration produce this wine that has a very particular note of perfume with a hint of spices: rich in texture, rounded by the long maceration in oak, it has a splendid body that makes it appreciated with roasts, well-ripened cheeses, rich dishes of the hunting tradition.
