VINTAGE:
The winter season was
quite mild with no rain
frequent but guaranteed
a good reserve, the month of March

VINIFICATION:
Pre-fermentation maceration a
cold, spontaneous fermentation e
maceration on the skins for 10 days
in steel tanks at temperature
controlled. Sangiovese selected for
preserve freshness and fruity profile.
AGING:
French and Slavonian oak barrels
(10-50 hl) for approximately 9 months.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT:
14.5% by volume.
TASTING NOTES:
Lively ruby ??red, with aromas of
cherry, red and large berry fruits
salinity surrounded by notes of scrub
Mediterranean. On the palate it is fresh, direct
with integrated tannins and marked flavor.
