Excellently structured, incisive, essential and stylistically perfect wine. Persistent and epicurean final stretch.
Pairings Transversal pairing: on typical seafood dishes, such as a plate of spaghetti with seafood and soused fish, but it also holds well on land-based dishes: bean soup and semi-hard cheeses.
