DESCRIPTION
Only Fiano raised on high altitudes. Maturation in steel.
Organoleptic test
Chromatism positioned on a brilliant deep yellow color. The nose explores a melting pot of scented essences of fresh fruit: white peach, apple, citrus and Cilento fig. Hints of linden, chamomile, musk, lemongrass, acacia and eucalyptus. I mention hydrocarbon. Fresh, savory, tonic, elegant, pervasive, soft, harmonious, balanced and reactive sip. Excellently structured, incisive, essential and stylistically perfect wine. Persistent and epicurean final stretch.
Pairings
Transversal pairing: on typical seafood dishes, such as a plate of spaghetti with seafood and soused fish, but it also holds well on land-based dishes: bean soup and semi-hard cheeses.
